Copyright Infringement Notification

TikClip acts as a conduit for content available on TikTok. We do not host any videos on our servers. Our service facilitates the downloading of public TikTok videos.

If you are a copyright owner or agent and believe content made available via our service infringes your copyrights, submit a notification including:

1. Authorized signature of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s).
3. Location of infringing material (exact TikTok URL).
4. Contact information.
5. Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized.
6. Statement of accuracy and authorization.

Upon valid notification, we will remove or disable access to infringing content. TikClip only facilitates downloads from TikTok.

Counter-Notification

If you believe removed content is not infringing or you have authorization, you may send a counter-notification containing:

1. Physical/electronic signature.
2. Identification of removed content and original location.
3. Statement of good faith belief of mistake.
4. Contact info and consent to jurisdiction.

If a counter-notification is received, we may notify the original complainant, and content may be restored within 10–14 business days.

We may update this DMCA Policy occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page.
